Our Senior Bookkeepers provide one on one training and advisory services to help you and your staff to better understand the software programs you are using and to simplify your administrative requirements. This can take many forms:
- One on one training to improve knowledge of your core software such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online etc
- Installation of a new add on product to your Xero and training for your staff in its core use and purpose
- Advisory work with you and your staff on your current processes and procedures and how to improve them
We know that most admin procedures develop organically over time and change with new staff. This can create double handling in your workflow and often moves you away from best practice procedures to protect your business from rogue staff or institutional knowledge not being properly documented. We can examine your administrative arm of the business and help you improve, automate and document your process and procedures allowing your business to scale for growth in the future.
